Lusha delivered accurate contact information fast, which is great. However, I couldn’t export the entire list at once, as it is a paid-only feature, which is a little disappointing.
Customer support was performed by the AI bot, which pulled answers from Lusha’s knowledge base. It connected me to the human customer support representative when asked, though it took more than five minutes.

For me, using the Lempod extension is anything but straightforward. The installation required some tinkering with my Chromium browser. The interface itself wasn’t very intuitive or modern. And the pricing system impressed me by being extremely convoluted.
I also didn’t find a live chat option to reach out to the support team. The only options available to me were either to send an email directly or submit a request via the website.
