1. Can I use Snov.io for free? Do you offer a free trial?

After you sign up to Snov.io, you get access to a free account. The Trial plan is completely free to use (no credit card required). It provides you with 50 credits, 100 recipients, and 1 warm-up slot to try out Snov.io’s main tools before upgrading to the premium plan.

2. How to pay for a Snov.io subscription? What payment methods are available?

To order your plan, go to the Billing settings in your account and click Upgrade. Choose the plan you want and click Select plan. Your chosen plan will be added to the cart. Click Go to checkout to proceed with payment.

You can pay for Snov.io plans using a debit card, credit card, Amazon Pay, or other payment methods depending on your country. Snov.io uses Fastspring to securely process your orders.

3. What pricing plans does Snov.io offer?

Snov.io offers affordable pricing plans for all needs and budgets. Premium plans start at $39/month (Starter), which are great for individual use.

Pro plans start at $99/month and include larger quotas as their tier grows (5K, 20K, 50K, 100K), giving you the ability to scale and choose your plan based on your team size and outreach volume.

We also offer custom plans if the available packages cannot cover your needs. Contact our sales team to discuss a custom plan.

4. How to get invoice?

Invoices for your recent Snov.io purchases are automatically sent to the billing email address you provided during the payment process.

Additionally, you can view and download receipts for all your purchases directly from your billing settings, in the Order history section.

5. How to edit billing details or change payment method?

You can update your payment details (billing email address, company information, or credit card) through the payment processor. Contact support for assistance.

6. How billing works for Snov.io plans? What is a difference between monthly and annual plans?

8. How do I disable automatic renewal for my plan? Can I buy a one-time plan without activating a subscription?

Automatic renewal is enabled by default when you purchase a plan, but you can disable it either during checkout or later in your billing settings.

By disabling automatic renewal, your plan will be a one-time purchase active for a single billing period of 30 days. This means that the credits and recipients included with your plan are valid for 30 days and will expire when the plan ends.

If you wish to have your plan extend automatically, you can re-enable automatic renewal at any time through your billing settings.

9. I’ve used all my credits/recipients. How can I get more before the plan renewal?

To receive additional credits, recipients, or warm-ups before your plan renews, consider upgrading to a higher-tier plan. Currently, there is no option to top up your balance without purchasing a new plan.

10. Will my unused quotas roll over from month to month?

The rollover policy applies only to credits. Unused recipients from a previous month will not roll over and will expire at the end of each billing period.

11. How to cancel Snov.io subscription?

To cancel your premium plan, go to your billing settings and turn off the automatic renewal option. Once automatic renewal is disabled, your subscription will automatically cancel at the end of the current billing period.

You will keep access to premium features until the plan expiration date. On that date, your account will revert to the free Trial plan.

12. What happens with account data (prospects, campaigns) after cancellation?

At the end of your paid period, your current plan will be canceled, and you will lose access to premium features.

You will still be able to log in to your account and view your prospects and campaigns, but the data export option will no longer be available.

13. How to upgrade or downgrade my plan?

If you decide to switch to a different plan, you can do so at any time by purchasing the new plan. There’s no need to cancel your existing plan before upgrading or downgrading. This gives you the ability to adjust your subscription as your needs change.

14. Why should I pay taxes when purchasing Snov.io plan?

Additional taxes may be applied based on your country’s regulations. If you are purchasing a subscription for a company, please enter your “VAT ID” during checkout to exempt the tax.

15. How to get a refund for Snov.io plan?

We do not offer partial or full refunds for monthly subscription payments and annual plan payments. Read more about our refund policies.

16. How to get VAT refund?

You can request a VAT refund within 30 days of your payment. To do so, please contact our customer support at help@snov.io or via livechat. You can also submit a VAT refund request directly through our payment system by clicking here.

17. I have an AppSumo plan. How to get more credits or upgrade to another plan? 

AppSumo plan doesn’t allow to top up a credit quota without upgrading. If you buy another plan to get more credits, your account will be switched to a chosen plan with its features and quotas.

Please note: if you switch from AppSumo to a Starter plan, you will no longer have access to A/B testing feature which is included in the AppSumo plan. Consider upgrading to Pro 5K plan to continue using A/B tests.

18. I have an active annual plan. Can I buy more credits for a month?

To receive more monthly credits during your annual plan, consider upgrading to a higher-tier annual plan. You’ll receive a prorated discount for the unused months of your current plan.
