FAQ – Snov.io Campaigns

1. What is a multichannel campaign?

Snov.io’s Campaigns tool allows you to create automated sequences that combine emails and LinkedIn actions. You can personalize these sequences using variables and set up follow-ups based on specific conditions.

2. What is a recipient? How many prospects can I contact per day in Snov.io campaigns?

A recipient in Snov.io is any prospect who’s been added to a campaign. The number of prospects you can contact depends on the Unique recipients quota included in your pricing plan.

Contacting one prospect uses one recipient from your quota. After that, all follow-up emails and actions within the same billing period are free (they don’t charge additional recipients).

3. What metrics can I check in campaigns to track performance?

You can monitor your campaign’s success by tracking key metrics, including the number of sent emails, open rates, click rates, and reply rates.

Snov.io allows you to send an unlimited number of follow-up emails to your prospects. However, the total number of emails you can send per day depends on the daily limits set by your email provider for your email account.

5. How to add new recipients to an ongoing Active campaign? Will they start the sequence from the beginning?

As you add new prospects to a list associated with an active campaign, they will automatically enter a campaign and start the sequence from step one.

6. Can I set a daily sending limit for a specific campaign?

Yes. You can control the number of emails a campaign sends each day, as well as how many new recipients it contacts. To edit these limits, go to the Sending options step in your campaign settings. Then scroll down to the Advanced Settings section and switch on the toggle for the parameter you wish to enable. Read how to set daily limits in campaigns.
