Upgrading and downgrading between pricing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any moment. The conditions of upgrade or downgrade may differ according to the plan change.

Upgrading from monthly to annual plan

If you would like to switch from your monthly plan to the annual one, the credits and recipients from your current monthly plan will roll over to the annual one during transition. Credits and recipients according to your annual plan will renew every 30 days (on a monthly basis). At the end of the 30-day period the unused credits and recipients will expire. 

Downgrading from annual to monthly plan

If you’d like to change your annual plan to a monthly one, your current annual subscription will be canceled. Your credit balance and recipients from the annual plan will be set to zero, and you will receive your credits and recipients according to the new monthly plan.

Upgrading your annual plan

When upgrading your annual plan (for example, from S plan to L plan), your current annual subscription will be canceled. Your old credit balance will be set to zero, and you will receive new credits/recipients according to your new plan.

Downgrading your annual plan

When you downgrade your annual plan, (e.g, from L plan to M plan) your current annual subscription is cancelled. Credit balance and recipients on your account will be set to zero, and you will receive new credits/recipients according to your new plan.

Upgrading your monthly plan

When you upgrade your monthly plan, (e.g, from S plan to M plan) all the unused credits and recipients from the current billing period will roll over to the new billing period, adding to credits/recipients according to your new plan.

Downgrading your monthly plan

When you downgrade your monthly plan, (e.g, from L plan to M plan) all the unused credits will roll over to the next billing period and recipients will expire. You will receive new recipients according to your new plan.
