This article explains how to improve deliverability by matching your sender account provider with your recipients’ provider.
To unlock access to Provider matching and other advanced settings, upgrade your plan (to Pro or higher).
Why use Provider matching:
Emails sent within the same provider ecosystem (Gmail to Gmail, Outlook to Outlook) are more likely to reach the recipient’s inbox.
Filter your prospect list
In your prospect list, you can see which email providers your leads use.
Use the filter in the top right to view prospects by provider, so you can quickly see how many are on Gmail, MS Outlook, and other providers.

Connect sender accounts
Add the sender accounts you need to match your recipients’ providers.
Provider matching works only in campaigns with Email steps where you’ve added at least two sender accounts from different providers. This gives Snov.io options to choose from when sending to different recipient providers.
If all sender accounts in the campaign are from the same provider, you won’t be able to enable provider matching.

Remember:
Provider matching alone doesn’t guarantee good deliverability. Email authentication (DNS records), sender reputation, and email content have a much bigger impact. Use provider matching only as an extra optimization after you’ve set up the primary settings.
- Start warm-up to improve sender reputation
- Check domain health and add DNS settings for domain if necessary
- Run regular deliverability tests to detect email issues and get personalized advice on how to fix them
