As for any B2B SaaS product with a big ACV, our goal was to find a way to engage with people who have submitted the Schedule Demo form.

The issue here is that you can't simply use an autoresponder, it’s just not personal enough. We needed something that would help us automate the process, send these emails just in time, yet feel personalized and human.

So we started looking for a solution, and we found Snov.io. We used two Snov.io tools - Email Verifier and Email Drip Campaigns. Once the person submitted the form, we verified their email address in the background, and then added them to a drip campaign that would start sending them emails with additional questions we needed to be answered to prepare for their demo call.

Our main requirements here were - one, emails needed to feel personal, and two, the automation had to work at scale.

While I can't share any confidential numbers here, I have to point out that using Snov.io, our conversion rate has almost doubled because all the people that needed to be contacted just at the right time got their email from us exactly at that moment.
