How to use Snov.io & Calendly integration

Calendly is a software that helps you schedule meetings with prospects and manage your daily appointments.

Benefits of integrating your Snov.io account with Calendly:

You can add Calendly meeting links directly to your emails and LinkedIn messages sent via Snov.io automations. This allows you to customize your sequences to automatically send follow-ups to those who book a meeting through your Snov.io campaign.

How to enable the integration

To begin the integration, ensure that your Snov.io account is on any premium plan and your Calendly account is on a Standard plan (or higher).

To connect your Calendly account to Snov.io, go to the Integrations --> tab in the top menu and click Connect under Calendly.

On the next screen, you will be prompted to log in to your Calendly account. Enter your login email and click Continue. Once logged in, you will be redirected back to Snov.io, where you can view the integration status.

If the connection fails due to an error, check the notification at the top for the reason. You may need to upgrade your Calendly account to the "Standard" plan to enable the integration.

An Active status indicates that the integration has been successfully connected and is ready for use.

Ways to use the integration

Your Calendly meetings and links will synchronize with your Snov.io account. You can use this integration in your campaigns in two ways.

1. You can insert your Calendly link directly into email content, LinkedIn connection requests and LinkedIn messages.

To add a meeting to your email or message, click on the Calendly link option in the campaign editor and select the free meeting slot you want to include.

2. You can add a condition to your sequence that checks a meeting status.

Add the "Condition" element with "Booked meeting via Calendly" to your sequence after an email or LinkedIn message.

This condition checks if any prospect has reserved a meeting with you using a link from your previous emails or messages.

Based on the condition check, your prospects will move to the "Yes" or "No" flow.

Using a Calendly condition, you can personalize follow-ups for both those who booked a meeting and those who didn't.
