How to subscribe for regular summary reports on your email opens and clicks in Email Tracker

To subscribe for the Email Tracker reports on the performance of your emails, you’ll need to register for or sign in to your account.

You can create an account by clicking on the tracker icon in your inbox and clicking the suggested link:

If you already have an account with and use the same email with the Email Tracker extension, log into your account from the Tracker window. You can then open the Tools menu from your account and choose Email Tracker to see the Reports page.

On this page, you can select the email account for which you’d like to see the email open and click-through rate for a specific date or period.

Here, you can also choose to receive summary reports: choose the frequency of reports (daily, weekly, or both) and specify at what time you’d like to receive them in your inbox.

Daily reports will come every day with the statistics about the previous day.
Weekly reports are sent out every Monday with the statistics for the previous week.

Please note: if there are no email tracking statistics for the selected period, you will not receive a report.

If you have several email accounts with the Email Tracker enabled, you can select multiple accounts to receive reports. The reports will be sent to the email you used to create your account.
