If you’re running cold email campaigns at scale, you know how much every click, late follow-ups, and missed replies can impact your results.
For example, according to the latest cold email report by Mailshake, most cold emails generate a reply rate of less than 5%. In 2025, the bar is relatively low, meaning that timely follow-ups can make all the difference.
But how can you navigate between multiple email accounts and tons of emails? No worries, as always, our team has got you covered!
This June, we rolled out key updates to simplify inbox management, help you scale smarter, and maintain control over every conversation. 💪
Enhanced Unibox
Unibox is your all-in-one space for managing conversations across multiple email accounts and campaigns. Here’s how it can help you boost your efficiency:
- You don’t need to waste time switching between different email inboxes
- You can easily access all emails, even those from external mailboxes.
- You can track replies, manage your prospects, and analyze their interest level right from your Snov.io account.
But that’s not all. Here are some new features released last month:
Automatic email quoting
Now, when you respond to a message from Unibox, the previous email is automatically quoted in your reply. That means:
- Prospects can see the full conversation when they receive your replies
- You can easily resume any communication with your recipients
- Colleagues cc’ed or forwarded on the thread get the whole thread for more context
Email forwarding
Need to share a conversation with your teammate or pass a lead to an SDR? You can now forward emails directly from Unibox, just like in any traditional inbox.
Click Forward in the top-right corner of any message to share it instantly.
Star important conversations and monitor unread messages
No more digging through threads to find important replies. You can now star important email threads in Unibox and find them anytime in the new Starred folder.
- Add or remove stars manually
- Use bulk actions to star multiple threads in one go
Perfect for prioritizing warm leads, deal-critical threads, or any conversation worth revisiting.
Additionally, Unibox now displays the total number of unread emails across all connected mailboxes.
You can also view replies from prospects only by using the Leads filter.
Last, but certainly not least, we also added an option for bulk email account editing.
Bulk email account editing
Whether you’re setting up new senders or adjusting your campaign settings at scale, you can now edit multiple email accounts at once directly in your Snov.io settings. No more clicking through each account individually.
Here’s what you can bulk edit:
- Sending limits
- Custom tracking domains
- Email signatures
- BCC to your CRM
To get started, just select the email accounts you want to update, click Edit, and apply your changes in one go.
This update is especially helpful for teams managing multiple clients or campaigns, and it’s a major time-saver.
