At Okisam, we were having a hard time capturing and generating qualified leads for one of our clients. The client’s product was a software for online English classes and remote modules for language academies. We knew our buyer persona, their pain points and the message we wanted to convey to connect with them. However, we had problems finding businesses that could end up being potential customers and users of the tool.
First, being a B2B client, we searched for potential customers using LinkedIn. To segment, we used Sales Navigator which allowed us to set a series of filters to find our target audience.
