Daily limits for prospect search

Our Finder tools allow you to perform timesaving and efficient bulk searches to find prospects at scale.

To ensure smooth performance and quality results, Snov.io sets a daily limit on how many prospects you can find each day and add to your lists.

This limit applies to bulk search tools, including:

• Bulk Email Search

• Bulk Domain Search

The daily prospecting limit automatically resets every 24 hours, so you can continue collecting new prospects daily and growing your lists.

Here are the daily limits for single users and Teams to help you plan your prospecting volumes.

--> Prospecting limit for individual users

Individual accounts can add up to 100,000 prospects every 24 hours using bulk search tools.

This is the maximum number of prospects a single user can collect through bulk prospect searches each day.

--> Prospecting limits for Team accounts

Team accounts in Snov.io have a shared daily limit of 150,000 prospects per 24 hours across all members.

This is the combined limit for the entire team — the total number of prospects that all team members can collectively add using bulk search tools each day.

In addition, each individual team member has their own personal limit of 100,000 prospects per 24 hours for their account activity.
