Can I add more accounts at any time?

Yes. You can add more mailboxes or domains — or cancel active ones — at any time. Existing subscriptions are extended automatically.

When you purchase additional accounts mid-cycle, we extend your active domains and mailboxes to align all subscriptions. A prorated discount will be applied to your next renewal, so you only pay for the added time.


Why was I charged the full price when adding new mailboxes?

When you add new mailboxes to an active subscription, you’re charged the full price upfront. This ensures all accounts stay on the same billing schedule.

Don’t worry about overpaying — a prorated discount will automatically apply to your next payment.


Can I use my own domains together with pre-configured ones in the same campaign?

Yes. You can combine your own domains with pre-configured mailboxes by adding them all to the mailbox rotation.


What happens if I cancel a domain or mailbox before the expiration or renewal date?

If you cancel a domain or mailbox, both the domain and all mailboxes linked to it are permanently deleted from your account. You’ll need to purchase them again if you want to use them later. Cancel only if you’re sure you no longer need them.

If domain or mailbox subscriptions aren’t renewed on time:

  • The domain is deactivated and removed from your account.

  • All mailboxes linked to that domain are deleted.

  • Active campaigns using those mailboxes are paused.

  • The Unibox connected to deleted accounts is removed.


How to purchase DFY accounts in a Team?

Only the Team Leader can make purchases. Account credentials can be shared so team members can connect and use these mailboxes in their own Snov.io accounts.
