How billing works for DFY Mailboxes

Besides connecting your existing accounts, Snov.io offers done-for-you Google mailboxes, where you can buy domains and create email senders in bulk during one setup.

DFY Google Mailboxes are available on all Snov.io plans, including free Trial.

Pricing

The first payment at checkout equals the full yearly cost for all selected domains plus the first monthly charge for all mailboxes.

The total cost consists of two parts:

Mailboxes: Each Google mailbox costs a fixed $5/month.

Domains: The yearly price per domain depends on the chosen extension:

• $12/year for .org
• $14/year for .com
• $16/year for .net

Minimum purchase: 1 domain and 3 mailboxes. Domains and mailboxes must be purchased together — it's not possible to buy one without the other.

Maximum purchase: Unlimited domains with up to 5 mailboxes per domain.

Billing and renewals

Renewals are automatic at the end of each billing period — annual for domains, monthly for mailboxes. The renewal price remains the same as the initial purchase. There are no hidden fees or price increases.

Domains renew annually.

The renewal charge is processed 10 days before the expiration date. If the payment fails, Snov.io will retry up to 5 times over 10 days. You can also renew manually from the Billing section during this period.

If the domain reaches its final expiration date without a successful payment, the subscription is cancelled along with all mailboxes on that domain.

Adding new domains

Each domain has its own independent subscription and renewal date. New domains are billed separately from existing ones.

Mailboxes

Mailboxes renew monthly (every 30 days) as one grouped subscription. If automatic renewal fails, there is a 5-day grace period to complete the payment manually. If the payment is not completed, the mailbox subscription is cancelled and all accounts are removed.

Adding new mailboxes

All mailboxes under a host domain are grouped under one subscription. If you add new mailboxes during the billing cycle, you will pay the full monthly price for the new mailboxes at the time of purchase. A pro-rata discount will be applied to the next renewal to account for the difference.

For example: you purchased 3 mailboxes and two weeks later added 3 more. At the next renewal, the subscription renews for all 6 mailboxes — but a pro-rata discount is applied for the unused days on the new mailboxes, reducing the renewal charge.

Important: Domains and mailboxes are dependent on each other. If mailboxes are not renewed on time, the domain is deleted. If the domain is not renewed, all mailboxes on it are cancelled and removed from your Snov.io account.

Cancelling subscriptions

You can cancel any active domain or mailbox subscription manually from the Billing settings.

Mailboxes can be cancelled individually, or you can cancel the domain itself — which will cancel all mailboxes on that domain at the same time. Cancelled accounts are removed and cannot be restored.

Refund policy

Domains and mailboxes are non-refundable. You retain full ownership of purchased domains and accounts for the duration of the active subscription period.
