The challenge

Our biggest challenge is that we must find over 20,000 emails every week. As the new clients come in, the bar keeps rising. We treat our clients’ business as if it was our own, so supplying our SDRs with leads is critical for our performance.

Lead price is another challenge we’ve been facing. helped us reduce the cost of each lead we find by 2%. Considering the number of leads we have to work with each week, it really adds up.

The solution

First, all our clients fill out their ICP. It’s a necessary step before we begin work or change targeting. After we create a task for research teams, they start looking for contacts. We have only been using for 5 months and we’re loving the results. Our research team uses Technology Checker and Email Finder to form super-targeted lists of emails.

  • Once we prepare the lists of companies we’re interested in, we use’s Email Finder to collect the emails. All leads go through manual and automated verification, which brought us up to 98-99% in deliverability.
  • Next, we set up a domain, create new mailboxes, create templates, and prepare for A/B testing. About 5 days after the client submits their ICP, we launch the first A/B campaigns, find out which subject line and email body is best received by the clients.
