MCP tools: What you can do via AI

What is MCP

MCP lets AI assistants connect to other tools and take actions for you.

What you can do with it

Add Snov.io to Claude, ChatGPT, or another AI assistant through the MCP server. Then you can handle your tasks by chatting with the AI, instead of clicking through the Snov.io app.

Once connected, your AI assistant can take real actions in your Snov.io account: it can search for leads, verify email addresses, manage your CRM, and run LinkedIn outreach.

What you need to use it

To start using Snov.io via MCP, you need the following:

  • An active Snov.io account (any Sales Suite plan or LinkedIn Automation, including free Trial period)
  • Your preferred AI: Claude, ChatGPT, or another one that supports MCP connection. Usage limits may depend on your AI's plan

Quick setup steps:

  1. Log in to your Snov.io account.
  2. In your AI's settings (Claude or ChatGPT) add a new custom connector/plugin
  3. Add our MCP server URL: https://mcp.snov.io/mcp
  4. Sign in via your account to approve access
  5. Verify the connection via chat prompt: “Let's do some work in my Snov.io account”
  6. See the list of actions you can do: Snov.io MCP cheatsheet

See the list of MCP actions you can run through chat. You can run multi-step workflows in one chat: search → verify → add to list.

Read (view only)

The AI pulls data from your account without changing anything.

For example, these actions:

  • Search for leads: "Search the Snov.io database for CTOs at fintech companies in Germany with 50 to 200 employees."
  • Pull a prospect's full record: "Show me everything Snov.io has on [prospect name]."
  • Check your pipeline: "List all deals in my Enterprise pipeline that are in the Negotiation stage."
  • Check LinkedIn accounts: "Show me all connected LinkedIn accounts and their safety limits."

Write (take action)

The AI creates, updates, or sends something in your account.

For example, these actions:

  • Add prospects to a list: "Save the verified contacts to a new list called Fintech CTOs (Germany)."
  • Verify an email: "Verify this email: prospect@example.io"
  • Reach out on LinkedIn: "Send a connection invite to linkedin.com/in/example-profile with the note: Hi, I'd love to connect!"
  • Create a CRM deal: "Create a deal for [prospect name] and set value to $10,000."
