This article explains what tokens are in Snov.io, how to use them with enrichment tools, and how to purchase them.
Enrichment tools are available with any Snov.io plan, but require tokens — a separate currency that must be purchased on top of your plan.
Use tokens to enrich your prospects' data and work on it further using the tools built into your Prospects lists.
Credits and tokens are separate balances.
Credits come with your Sales Suite plan and are spent on finding and verifying email addresses.
Tokens aren't part of your plan subscription and are spent on enrichments. Purchase them separately.
How tokens work
Here's what you should know about tokens.
You need prospects in your list before you can enrich them
To enrich prospects, first add them to your list using a Finder tool or import via file.
Saving prospects requires credits, so make sure you have enough to build your list before purchasing tokens for enrichment.
No duplicate charges, including within a team
You won't spend tokens if you accidentally include a prospect who's already been enriched, whether by you or a teammate, unless Overwrite is enabled.
Tokens are only refundable if unused
If you buy a token package by mistake, request a refund before using any tokens from it.
Token cost of each enrichment
Go to your Prospects and choose the list you want to enrich. Click Enrich & AI tools and choose the tool you need.
You can start enrichment on selected prospects, a segment filtered by tags, or your entire list.

How to find emails via enrichment |
Check token balance
Tokens are part of your account balance, along with Credits, Recipients, and Warm-ups.
To check your balance, go to Billing and find Tokens listed under account balances.
Each account receives 50 free tokens as a one-time allocation to try enrichment features. These tokens don't expire, and once spent they don't renew.
Purchase tokens
Enrichment tokens are billed separately from your plan subscription.
In the same Billing section, click Get more tokens.
Tokens are available in packages of 1,000 to 50,000 tokens. Select one package or buy multiple — the price per token is the same in any package.
Auto-refill tokens
Auto-refill adds tokens to your balance automatically, so your enrichments don't stop when it runs out.
Open the Auto-refill tokens tab in Billing and turn on the toggle.
Then set your preferences. When you first set up or change these settings, click Apply to save them.
Token package
Choose the package to purchase with each refill.
Monthly spending cap
Set the maximum amount you want to spend on tokens.
Track token expiration
Purchased tokens must be used within 90 days. After that period, any unused tokens expire.
Here's what else you should know about token expiration:
- Tokens accumulate in your balance, but don't all expire at once if purchased on different days. Each token package has its own 90-day expiration timer, which starts when you purchase it.
- Even after you purchase a new package, the tokens closest to expiration are used first.
- Packages added automatically by Auto-refill follow the same rule. Each starts its own 90-day timer on the day it's purchased.
Track token spending
Track your token spending in the Usage section of your account. Switch to the Tokens tab to view token transactions.
Tokens in Teamwork
If you work with a team in Snov.io, tokens are shared among all team members in the Team account.
- Team owners can purchase tokens and manage the team balance
- Team members can use tokens to enrich data
