This article explains what tokens are in Snov.io, how to use them with enrichment tools, and how to purchase them.
You use tokens on Snov.io to enrich your prospects' data with the actions that are built into your Leads lists.
Use tokens for enrichment

Check token balance
Tokens are part of your account balance, along with Credits, Recipients, and Warm-ups.
You can view your total token balance in account details. To check your remaining tokens, go to the Billing section.
Find Tokens listed under account balances.
Purchase tokens
Each account receives 50 free tokens as a one-time allocation to try enrichment features. These tokens do not expire, and once spent they don't renew.
To purchase more tokens, go to Billing and click Get more tokens.


Track token expiration
Purchased tokens must be used within 90 days. After that period, any unused tokens expire.
Here's what else you should know about token expiration:
- Tokens accumulate on your balance, but don't expire all at once if purchased on different days. Each token package has its own 90-day expiration timer which starts when you purchase
- Even after you purchase a new package, the tokens that are closest to expiration are used first
Track token spending
Each successful enrichment spends a certain number of tokens.
Track your token spending in the Credit usage section of your account. Switch to the Tokens tab to view token transactions.
If you work with a team in Snov.io, tokens are shared among all team members in the Team account.
- Team owners can purchase tokens and manage the team balance
- Team members can use tokens to enrich data
There are no duplicate charges within a team. If one member has enriched a prospect, other team members will not be charged tokens for the same data.
