This guide shows you which enrichment actions are available in Snov.io and what data you can enrich.

Enrichment in Snov.io adds more data to your prospect profiles so you can personalize outreach without manually researching every prospect.

Before you start: To use enrichment, you need two things:

Tokens — special enrichment credits purchased separately from your plan. Tokens are charged only for successful results

Prospects — add them to your list first. You can use Database Search or import from a file

How to use Enrichment

Open a prospect list, select prospects, and click Enrich. Pick an action, choose your data points, and run the enrichment in bulk. After enrichment is complete, you can export the data to a file.

Each enrichment action requires specific initial data on the prospect profile. For enriching imported lists, follow these best practices:

1. Email should be a business email

2. Company domain works better than company name

3. Use LinkedIn profile URL if you don't have email address or company details

Pull LinkedIn profile

Enrich your prospects with professional details from their LinkedIn profiles.

To start, open your prospect list, click Enrich, and select Pull LinkedIn profile.

What is it for

This action adds professional background information to your prospect profiles so you can personalize outreach and create stronger icebreakers.

Initial data required

The prospect's profile must include at least one of these data points to start enrichment. Prospects missing these fields will be skipped:

  • First Name + Last Name + Company Domain
  • First Name + Last Name + Email
  • LinkedIn URL

What data you get

The data pulled depends on the enrichment option you select.

Main profile details option enriches the following fields:

  • Bio — LinkedIn summary/about section
  • Connections & followers — Number of LinkedIn connections and followers
  • External links — Portfolio, personal websites, and other linked URLs
  • Work experience — Current and previous positions, companies, and roles
  • Education — Universities, degrees, and fields of study
  • Certifications — Professional certifications and licenses
  • Courses — Completed courses listed on the profile
  • Volunteering — Volunteer activities and causes
  • Projects — Notable projects listed on the profile
  • Languages — Languages spoken by the prospect

Other fields option includes secondary data. Select these data points separately or as an addition to main profile details.

  • Recommendations
  • Profile activity
  • Similar profiles

Tokens you spend

  • Main profile details: 1 token per prospect
  • Per extra field: 0.2 tokens per prospect

Find phone numbers

Enrich your prospects with direct mobile numbers to reach them across multiple channels.

To start, open your prospect list, click Enrich, and select Find phone numbers.

What is it for

This action adds phone numbers to your prospect profiles so you have complete contact information for email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.

Initial data required

The prospect's profile must include at least one of these data points. Prospects missing these will be skipped:

  • First Name + Last Name + Company domain or name
  • First Name + Last Name + Email
  • LinkedIn profile URL

What data you get

Direct mobile number — added to the Phone number field. 

Tokens you spend

10 tokens per prospect if the phone number is found.
