The challenge

I’ve worked as an international sales manager (mostly US and Middle East markets) for over 9 years and my job involves writing cold emails to foreign prospects on a daily basis. Email outreach has been a manual and inefficient part of work for me until I discovered Snov.io. The Drip Campaigns tool has allowed me to automate my work and bring it to a new level: I’ve signed the first big deal just a few weeks after implementing Snov.io into my workflow. But Snov.io didn’t just help me with my outreach, it helped my team.

My team used to send huge amounts of emails every day but we couldn’t really track the emails we sent in a comprehensive way, nor were we able to automate this process. The solution

Here’s how we use Snov.io.
First, we build a list of companies that fit our targeting according to industry and location using Company Profile Search. Then we collect email contacts of leads on relevant job positions from the company list we collected. These leads are later used for the Drip Campaigns using appropriate targeting and personalization.

The highest open rate of my first cold email using Snov.io is around 40%, the highest response rate - at 12%. These figures are quite high for my niche, and I believe the drip campaign feature plays a big part in generating such a great performance. Some emails in my drip campaigns now reach 62% open rate.
