How to warm up your email for cold outreach

This guide explains how to sign in to Snov.io using Google Sign-In, create a manual password, and troubleshoot common login issues.

Sign in with Google

To keep your account secure, Snov.io uses Google Sign-In by default. When you register this way, Snov.io does not create or store a password for you. Authentication is handled entirely by Google, so you do not need to create or manage a separate password.

Accounts registered with Google Sign-In can still use a manual password later if needed.

Use corporate login (SSO)

If your company uses Google Workspace, the Sign in with Google option automatically works as your SSO gateway.

Snov.io verifies your identity through your company's existing Google network. Any additional security your company enforces, such as phone prompts or security keys, also applies when accessing your account.

Troubleshoot multiple Google accounts

If you use the same browser for both personal and work Google accounts, Google may try to sign you in with the wrong account.

If you see an error or are signed into the wrong account:

1. Log out of Snov.io
2. Click Sign in with Google again
3. Select your corporate Google account
4. If it is not listed, click Use another account and enter your credentials

Create a manual password

If you registered with Google Sign-In but also want to log in with an email address and password, create a manual password using the Forgot Your Password? option.

A manual password is recommended if you plan to connect an email account via SMTP for features such as email warm-up or outreach campaigns.

Create a password

1. Open the login page and click Forgot Your Password?
2. Enter the Gmail address you use for Google Sign-In
3. Click Restore
4. Open the password reset email
5. Follow the recovery link
6. Create and confirm a new password

After setup, you can log in using either method:

• Your email address and password
• Google Sign-In

Change your password

1. Log in and open Account Settings
2. Open the Profile or Security tab
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password
5. Click Save Changes

If you no longer remember your password, use the Forgot Your Password? option on the login page.
