FAQ – LinkedIn slots

1. What is a LinkedIn slot?

A LinkedIn slot is needed to connect your LinkedIn account for automation. Each LinkedIn account requires its own slot, meaning you need a separate slot for every account you want to use with LinkedIn automation.

2. How does a billing work for LinkedIn slots?

LinkedIn slots automatically renew every 30 days at $69 per slot. Since the LinkedIn add-on requires a premium plan, all active slots automatically extend together with your premium plan.

When you renew or upgrade your plan, all active slots are also renewed at a prorated cost.

If you disable auto-renewal for the entire LinkedIn add-on, all active slots will expire at the end of the billing period (shown under "Expires on" in the My LinkedIn slots section).

You can add slots to your order when purchasing a plan or add them separately at any time while your subscription is active.

There is no limit to the number of slots you can add. Each slot comes with a dedicated proxy.

3. What happens to LinkedIn slots if my premium plan expires?

If your premium plan expires, all LinkedIn slots will be deactivated as well. Charging for the slots is prorated, so you only pay for the days left until your plan renews or ends.

The add-on and your main plan are always on the same billing schedule, which means they expire on the same date.

4. How can I cancel LinkedIn slots?

If you don’t want to renew specific slots, you can turn off auto-renewal for them in the LinkedIn add-on's billing settings.

To cancel a slot, go to your Billing settings, find My LinkedIn slots section and click Cancel renewal. A canceled slot will remain active until its expiration date and then be deactivated automatically.

If you want to renew or upgrade your main plan but don’t want to keep your slots, cancel them in your account settings before purchasing the new plan.

5. Do I get charged again if I don’t connect a LinkedIn account to it?

An empty slot without a connected account is considered active and will be included in your billing. You will still be charged for its renewal unless you cancel it.

6. When purchasing a slot, it says you can use a bonus balance or a promo code. How can I get the bonuses?

You can earn bonuses by completing tasks in your Snov.io account. To use your bonuses, first claim them in your account.

Then, click Use bonus balance at the order checkout to apply your bonus. These bonuses can only be used as a discount on a premium plan and cannot be applied to purchases that include only LinkedIn slots.

7. I purchased a LinkedIn slot but haven't used it. How to get a refund?

LinkedIn slots are non-refundable. If you don't want to extend the slot for the next month, you can disable automatic add-on renewal or cancel subscription for separate slots in the billing settings.
