Dmytro Krasiuk

Outbound Outreach Expert

Dmytro helps B2B teams turn cold outreach into a predictable source of pipeline. Over 7+ years he has run more than 1,000 outbound campaigns across roughly 600,000 contacts – cold email, LinkedIn outreach, deliverability, and appointment setting – for SaaS, AI, IT services, and agency clients.

He has worked outbound from every angle: as a record-breaking SDR, as a marketing lead who built demand generation from scratch, as a lead generation expert brought in to fix spammed domains and dead campaigns, and as a consultant who books 40+ meetings a month for clients.

His approach is deliberately unglamorous: test everything, measure replies rather than opens, and keep the sending infrastructure healthy so the copy gets a chance to work.

Education & Career Path

Dmytro’s academic background is in logistics and transport management – a field built on systems, routing, and process optimization – and he spent his first year working as a Logistics Specialist. That way of thinking carried directly into outbound, where he treats campaigns less as creative one-offs and more as pipelines to be instrumented, measured, and tuned.

In 2019, he took a deliberate risk and switched industries, joining the startup Active Planet as a sales and marketing apprentice. Within a year, he had become the company’s top SDR, building scalable playbooks and sequences that broke internal records – sustaining 90% average open rates, 20% reply rates, and 2 new customers per month.

He moved into leadership in 2021 as Head of Marketing at Freedes Studio, where he built the full marketing strategy across email, social, and brand. The result: around 100 new customers, revived relationships with lapsed customers, and roughly $300K in revenue generated – with 7 out of every 10 new customers coming from cold email.

From there, he specialized in lead generation. At Newxel (2022–2023), he rebuilt the outbound engine from the ground up – revamping campaigns, restoring damaged domain reputations, and aligning outreach tightly with the sales team, reaching 85% open rates.

At GigRadar (2023–2024), he ran high-volume campaigns that delivered ~15 new clients per month and helped the company reach $40K MRR within its first three months. In parallel at Umbrelly Cloud, he secured 27 clients in the first three months, with reply rates that peaked at 25%.

Since 2023, he has also run his own consulting practice, LOOPANDA, delivering done-for-you outbound for SaaS and service businesses.

At Snov.io, he serves as Community Manager and Creative Advisor. Based in Poznań, Poland, he speaks Ukrainian and Russian natively, as well as English and Polish.

Experience at Snov.io

At Snov.io, Dmytro applies his expertise in:

  • Building the Snov.io communities from the ground up — growing the Facebook and Telegram communities from near zero to ~1,000 highly engaged followers
  • Advising the product team on feature improvements based on what users actually struggle with — several already shipped, others in development
  • Cold email strategy: sequencing, segmentation, personalization, and reply-rate optimization
  • Email deliverability and sender reputation — domain setup, warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and spam filter avoidance
  • LinkedIn outreach and multichannel campaigns combining email and social touchpoints
  • Hands-on playbooks, campaign teardowns, and experiments shared openly with founders, SDRs, and agency teams

His mission is to make outbound less of a guessing game — sharing what actually works from campaigns he has run himself, including the ones that failed, so founders and sales teams can skip the expensive lessons.
