This guide shows how teams running 5 or more LinkedIn accounts can send one campaign from several team members' profiles, and keep every account healthy.
This guide is for you if:
- You've hit the daily limits of one profile and need more volume.
- Several people on your team have LinkedIn profiles you want to send from.
- You'd rather run one prospect list and one sequence than a separate campaign for each person.
- You need to know which profile is close to its limits or losing acceptance before it gets restricted.

How LinkedIn campaigns work for teams
- One campaign can send from up to 5 LinkedIn accounts.
- With more than 5 accounts, split the outreach into several campaigns.
- Each account keeps its own limits, proxy and time zone, so adding a teammate's profile raises the team's volume without pushing any single account harder.
- Unlimited team seats on any paid plan, including the LinkedIn Automation plan, so every teammate can join. Each LinkedIn profile needs its own paid slot.
Set up slots and accounts for the team
Each LinkedIn profile needs its own LinkedIn slot. You pay per slot, not per seat or per message, and annual billing lowers the price of each slot. See how LinkedIn slot billing works.
- Buy slots for the team. In a Teamwork account, the team leader buys slots and manages billing. Only the team leader can start the 7-day trial.
- Give the slots to the campaign owner. A campaign can only send from LinkedIn accounts connected to slots in the campaign owner's account, so the team leader assigns the slots to whoever runs the shared campaign. Reassigning or withdrawing a slot disconnects the LinkedIn account connected to it.
- Connect each teammate's profile to a slot in the campaign owner's account. LinkedIn may ask for a two-factor authentication code, so the profile owner needs to be available when you connect.
- Set a proxy location and time zone per account. Choose the region each profile owner usually logs in from, so every account has its own location and runs during its owner's working hours.

Plan campaigns across accounts
- Share the list and the sequence. All senders in a campaign work from the same prospect list and messages. Prospects are spread across accounts, and each prospect keeps the same sender for the whole sequence.
- Split campaigns by sequence type. For example, run a higher-volume sequence from SDR profiles and a shorter, more personal one from founder or account executive profiles.
- Keep each account in one or two active campaigns. Limits belong to the account, so an account in several campaigns gives each of them fewer actions.
- Keep limits similar across accounts, so one profile doesn't do most of the work.
- Add email steps. Find emails for the same prospects and add email steps to the sequence to reach people who don't accept the connection request. You can also find phone numbers for the same prospects.
- Draft messages with AI. Use the AI Writer enrichment to generate LinkedIn messages for each prospect before the campaign starts.
See how to rotate multiple LinkedIn senders in one campaign.
Handle replies as a team
Replies from all LinkedIn accounts arrive in Unibox, so one person or the whole team can answer conversations without logging in to each profile. Each LinkedIn account in Unibox can be shared with the team or kept private, so you decide who sees its conversations. See how to set up Unibox for teams. Move interested prospects to the Snov.io CRM, or to HubSpot or Pipedrive through native integrations.
Monitor every account
The LinkedIn Reports page shows the metrics of every account you use, so you can compare them side by side.
- Check every account once a week: acceptance rate and its trend, pending requests, daily volume and replies.
- Assign one person to each account, so warning signs don't go unnoticed.
- Act as soon as an account starts to decline, not after LinkedIn restricts it.
See the weekly health check.
When an account is restricted or disconnected
If an account is restricted, disconnected or removed from a campaign, the recipients who already got a step from it are paused. The rest of the campaign keeps running from the other accounts.
- Choose which account continues the sequence for the paused recipients.
- Set their status back to Active.
- Let the restricted account rest, then bring it back at low limits.
See how to manage paused and unassigned recipients and how to swap out an account.
Run team outreach through an AI agent
With the Snov.io MCP, an AI assistant can build prospect lists, set up campaigns across your LinkedIn accounts and report results, while you review each step. See how to use Snov.io MCP with your AI assistant.
What's next?
Keep each account protected with its own location: use a custom proxy.
Sorry about that 😢
How can we improve it?
