How to add and manage your Team

This guide is for teams that want to collaborate on outreach in Snov.io by sharing access to premium features, usage limits, campaigns, lead lists, and more.

Teamwork functionality is included with all Pro and Custom plans, giving your team access to all Snov.io tools, shared limits, collaboration features and admin controls.

Team members have full access to all premium features, including Finder, Verifier, Lead lists, Deliverability Check, Email Warm-up, Multichannel Campaigns, LinkedIn Automation, CRM, Unibox and Reports.

To create a team and add members, the future team leader must upgrade their Snov.io account to a premium plan.

The team leader is responsible for managing team members, as well as billing and subscriptions, including plan renewals and updating payment methods.

Creating a Team account

The account used to invite members should be the one that has been upgraded to a premium plan. The account that invites members automatically becomes the Team leader.

To add team members, go to the My Team page and send an invitation using their email address.

Teamwork includes unlimited team seats and unlimited sender accounts. You can invite as many team members as needed.

On the My Team page, the team leader (admin) can view and manage all member accounts. They can control access levels, set permissions.

Usage and performance tracking

All team members use the limits (credits, recipient limits, warm-up slots and LinkedIn slots) available under the team leader’s premium plan. These limits are shared across the team and reset at the start of each billing cycle (every 30 days).

On the My Team page, teams can track individual usage by each team member (including Credits used and Recipients used) 

Team leaders can access the Team statistics dashboard to monitor the performance of each member’s campaigns.

It provides a quick metrics overview, including emails sent, open rates, reply rates, helping to evaluate individual contributions and overall team effectiveness. To view detailed team reports, use the Reports dashboard.

Setting member permissions

Team leaders can manage each member’s access level and control whether they can export data.

Team leaders can also control the Allow export option. It allows members to download prospect lists created by other team members. Without this permission, members can view shared data (if allowed) but won’t be able to export it.

Team collaboration and data sharing

Snov.io allows teams to collaborate across tools while maintaining control over ownership and access.

The team leader has full visibility into all team members' prospect lists, campaigns, and analytics.

Team members can access shared team data based on the permissions set by the team leader. Depending on these permissions, they may be able to view campaigns, prospect lists, and export lists created by other members.
