How to enable or disable automatic plan renewal

Your Snov.io subscription can have two statuses: one with automatic renewal turned off, and one with automatic renewal turned on.

Enable automatic renewal

By default, automatic renewal is enabled for every purchase on Snov.io. If you turned it off in the order settings when buying your plan, you can always re-enable it in your billing settings.

With the autorenewal on, your plan will extend automatically.

This means you keep access to all the premium features and your quotas for using Snov.io tools are renewed every 30 days. Plus, the unused credits roll over to the next month with autorenewal in any premium plan.

To enable automatic renewal:

Go to the Billing section in your account. In your plan details, set automatic renewal to On to enable it.

You’ll be automatically charged when your current billing period ends. See your next charge date under the plan details.

Note: When you need to upgrade your plan to a higher tier, there’s no need to disable renewal on your current plan.

Purchase the desired plan, and your account will be upgraded immediately while auto-renew remains enabled.

Make sure the credit card you used for your purchase has enough funds to cover the renewal when it’s due. If you’d like to use a different payment method for your next renewal, please contact our support team for assistance.

Disable automatic renewal

If you don’t want your subscription to continue for the upcoming months, you can turn off automatic renewal in your billing settings.

Remember: When you disable automatic renewal, any unused quotas will expire at the end of your paid period.

If you don’t want to commit to automatic charging but still want to keep unused credits on your balance, you can renew your plan manually—just make sure to do so before your current plan ends.

To disable automatic renewal:

Go to the Billing section in your account. In your plan details, set automatic renewal to Off to disable it. This action is the same as canceling your subscription.

You will continue to have premium features until your plan’s expiration date. The Expires on date in your plan’s details shows when your current plan ends.

At the end of the paid period, your account will revert to the free plan, and you’ll lose access to premium features, including any active LinkedIn slots and data export. If you decide not to renew, remember to export your prospect lists and campaign reports before the expiration date.

On a free plan, you can still log in to your account, but your quotas (credits, recipients, email warm-ups) will be set to the free plan limits. You can always upgrade back to a premium plan when you need Snov.io for prospecting and multichannel outreach.
