LinkedIn extension stopped working - how to fix it?

Reason 1: Outdated extension version

As part of our commitment to bringing you the best experience with LI Prospect Finder, we’ve updated the extension, so starting from Nov 10, 2022, it’s old versions released before May 2022 will be disabled.

The notices about the upcoming termination of older versions have been sent twice to all our customers.

If you haven’t updated the extension, its version may have become outdated by now and is, therefore, no longer supported.

It only takes a couple of minutes to update LI Prospect Finder and get an improved version of the extension at no extra charge. This guide will walk you through the reinstallation process.

Reason 2: Internal technical issue

If you’re using an up-to-date extension but still have noticed it doesn’t work properly, there might be a technical issue that we can easily fix.
