Change your plan through your account’s billing settings or directly from the Plans page. You can upgrade from a free trial or any premium plan to a higher-tier plan, downgrade to a lower-tier plan, or renew your current plan by purchasing the same one.

If you change your plan in the middle of the current billing period:

  • The new plan will activate immediately after purchase and start a new billing period.
  • You will be charged immediately for the new plan. If you upgrade from one annual plan to another, the amount due will be reduced by a prorated amount based on the remaining time in your current annual plan.
  • Your account balances will reset with the quotas for credits, recipients, and warm-ups included in your selected plan. If you renew or upgrade, any unused credits from your current plan will roll over.
  • You will get or lose access to premium features according to your selected plan.

Upgrade your plan

To upgrade your plan, go to the Billing settings in your account and click Upgrade.

Choose the plan you want and click Select plan. Your chosen plan will be added to the cart. To view the price breakdown and review the order summary, click Upgrade below.

If everything looks good, click Go to checkout to proceed with payment. You can pay using a debit or credit card or Amazon Pay. Snov.io uses Fastspring to securely process your orders.

Your plan upgrade will take effect immediately after purchase. The new plan will activate and begin a new billing period.

tip

Before confirming your order, make sure you’ve selected the desired billing option: Monthly or Annual. You save 25% if you choose annual (billed for a whole year at once). Learn more about how billing works.

When changing your plan, it can be an upgrade or a downgrade, depending on the plan you select.

We’ll explain how this affects your account quotas and the total price at checkout. It’s important to consider certain details if you’re changing your plan and switching your billing option (from monthly to annual or vice versa) at the same time.

What it means to upgrade

An upgrade means changing your plan from a lower tier plan to a higher tier, for example from Starter to Pro 5K.

note

Upgrading your plan increases your account quotas and unlocks access to more features.

You’ll receive more credits for finding prospects and emails, a larger recipient quota for campaigns, and higher limits for email warm-up.

To learn more about the features that come with each plan, go to the Plans overview. It will help you choose the right plan for your needs based on the tools and quotas included.

Upgrade: from Monthly to Monthly plan

Quotas:

Your new plan will include any unused credits and recipients from your current account balance, plus the quotas provided by your new chosen plan. However, if you don’t renew your plan, all unused quotas will expire after 30 days. Read how to enable automatic renewal.

Charging:

Upgrades within monthly plans are not prorated. The total cost will include the full price of the new plan plus the prorated cost of any additional LinkedIn slots.

Upgrade: from Monthly to Annual plan

Quotas:

If you upgrade to an annual plan while your monthly plan is still active, any unused credits from the last month of your current plan will roll over and be added to your new plan’s balance. These rolled-over credits will remain available for use for 30 days. They will expire as soon as you receive your first quota renewal under the annual plan.

Then, every 30 days, your account will receive a new set of credits and recipients based on your chosen plan. Unused credits from the previous month will roll over to the next month as long as the annual plan lasts.

All accumulated credits will stay in your account until the annual plan ends (one year from the purchase date). After the plan ends, any unused quotas will expire.

Charging:

Upgrades that include switching from monthly to annual plan are not prorated. The total cost at checkout will include the full price of the new plan (plus the prorated cost of any additional LinkedIn slots).

Upgrade: From Annual to Monthly plan

Switching from an annual to a monthly subscription is generally not recommended if you’re in the middle of an annual plan. It’s better to wait until your annual plan ends before switching to a monthly plan, even if the monthly plan is a higher tier. This change is justified only if you’ve fully used the value of your current annual plan.

Important: If you purchase a monthly plan before your annual plan expires, your annual plan will be canceled, and any unused quotas from it will be lost. Your account will then be updated with new quotas based on the selected monthly plan.

When switching from an annual to a monthly plan, there is no prorated discount for the remaining time on your annual plan. The full price of the selected monthly plan will be charged at checkout.

Downgrade your plan

To downgrade your plan, go to the Plans page in your account. Select the plan you want to change to and complete the purchase. Your plan downgrade will take effect immediately after purchase. The new plan will activate and begin a new billing period.

Downgrading your plan can be a smart choice during times when your prospecting and outreach have lower volume than usual. It allows you to switch to a cheaper plan while keeping your subscription active (and saving your accumulated credits). Plus, with automatic plan renewal enabled, your unused credits will continue to roll over each month.

What it means to downgrade

A downgrade means changing your plan from a higher tier to a lower tier. For example, from Pro 20K to Pro 5K.

To make sure you choose the right plan, take a look at the plan overview first. It’ll help you decide which plan best suit your current needs.

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, you’ll keep access to your lists and campaigns, but certain premium features included in your previous plan may no longer be available. See detailed plan comparison on the pricing page.

If you don’t renew your premium plan, your account will automatically downgrade to a free trial plan at the end of the billing period. All premium features will be locked, including bulk email search and verification, multichannel campaigns, prospect list and campaign report exports, and advanced campaign settings like mailbox rotation and campaign priority control.

2. How can I change my payment details?

You can update the payment method at the order checkout menu when purchasing your plan.

3. Should I wait until the end of the billing period to change my plan?

On Monthly plan: You can upgrade or downgrade to another monthly plan at any time.

On Annual plan: You can upgrade to a higher-tier annual plan at any time, and you’ll receive a prorated discount. However, if you downgrade to a lower-tier annual plan, your current annual plan will be canceled without any proration.

4. I already paid for my current plan. How will I be charged for the upgrade?

We do not offer prorated payments for monthly plan upgrades, but any unused credits will roll over to the new billing period.

For annual plan upgrades, the total price is prorated with a discount based on the unused time and credits from your current plan.
