How to find phone numbers for your prospects

Enrichment tools are available on all Snov.io subscription types. You can use enrichment actions on a free Trial account, with any Sales Suite plan, or with LinkedIn Automation.

Using Phone number Enrichment in Snov.io, you can add mobile numbers to your prospect lists, giving you complete contact information to reach your prospects across multiple channels: email, LinkedIn, and phone.

Segment prospects for enrichment

Prioritize enriching prospects who are already showing interest after email sequences and LinkedIn actions.

Segment prospects who opened or clicked the email, or accepted your connection request, but didn't reply or the reply was neutral. These are perfect candidates for a phone follow-up.

To segment on these criteria in Snov.io, use the Filter option in your campaign's  Recipients tab.

Cold calling works best when your targeting is precise and you're calling a decision-maker. As a best practice, only use it if you're sure the contact is a good fit and you've researched the company in Domain Search.

Use phone number enrichment

The phone number enrichment action is built into your prospect lists.

To use it, first add prospects from one of our Finder tools, import your prospects via file, or sync your records from a CRM.

Once your prospects are in the list, there are a few ways you can add phone numbers to their profiles: for specific prospects, multiple selected prospects or in bulk for an entire list.

Find a number for one prospect

Enrich numbers directly to the Phone number data field while reviewing your list. Open your prospects and click Get number next to the contact you need.

The same action can be found in the prospect's profile.

Open a profile by clicking on the prospect's name while in the list. Click Get number next to the Phone field.

Find phone numbers in bulk

To run enrichment for multiple prospects, select the prospects you need using the checkbox on the right or click the top checkbox to select all prospects in the list.

Click Get number in the actions menu on the top panel to find a number for all selected prospects.

How phone number enrichment works

Prospect data

The enrichment works using your prospects' existing data. To start enrichment, the profile should have at least one of the following:

  • Prospect's LinkedIn profile URL
  • Full name + company name and domain
  • Email address

If you already have prospect profiles with the required data, import them to Snov.io via file. Prospects found using our Finder tools already have all this data included.

The successful search rate varies depending on the data available in the prospect's profile — the more complete the data, the higher the chance of finding a number.

If you don't need email addresses, use the LI Prospect Finder Extension or LinkedIn Search to collect prospects.

Select the Save without emails option when using either tool. This option will provide all data needed except email.

Tokens

Phone enrichment uses tokens, another type of "credits" on your account's balance. Every account starts with 50 free tokens to try enrichment right away.

tip
You'll be charged 10 tokens for each successful result. Search attempts are not charged, so you're only spending tokens when a number is actually found.

If you run out of tokens while enrichment is still in progress, it will stop. To complete it, add more tokens to your balance, and it resumes automatically.

To purchase additional tokens, go to Billing and click Get more tokens

Make sure to use your purchased tokens within 90 days, before they expire. The 50 free tokens don't expire.  Learn more about tokens in this article.

Working with phone enrichment in a Team

If you're working with a team in Snov.io, enrichment features are shared across team members in the Team account.

  • Team owners (Team leader account) can purchase tokens and control the team balance
  • Team members can use the tokens for data enrichment

Team members are not charged for duplicate results. Tokens are not spent again for prospects that were already enriched within the Team.

Export prospects to CSV

After running enrichment, the numbers are stored directly in each prospect's profile, along with any other data you find or upload in Snov.io.

Select the data you want to export from the list, then download the file for further use.
