What is phone number enrichment?

Phone enrichment is a Snov.io tool that finds direct mobile phone numbers for your prospects.

The result: You get direct contact numbers for your prospects without having to search for them using other platforms.

How does it work?

It works on any Snov.io plan, and you need two things to get started:

  1. Tokens – special enrichment credits
  2. Prospects to enrich

We enrich numbers using the information you already have about your prospects – their LinkedIn profile or email, name and company details.

How do I use phone enrichment?

The workflow is simple: Find/Import prospects → Save to your list → Use Get number option inside the list

  1. Add prospects to a Snov.io list (using a Finder tool or by importing a file)
  2. Purchase tokens
  3. Open your prospect list
  4. Click "Get number" from inside the prospect list. You can find this button next to any prospect, or select multiple prospects and use the bulk action button in the top panel
  5. We'll search for a match and return the number in seconds

I don't see the "Get number" button. Not sure if enrichment is included in my account

Make sure you've completed the first step: add prospects to a list first. You can:

  • Use one of Snov.io's Finder tools to search and add prospects directly
  • Import prospects from a CSV or other file

Once prospects are in a list, the "Get number" button appears automatically next to each prospect.

Is phone enrichment available via API?

Not currently. Phone enrichment is only available through the Snov.io web app via the prospect lists interface.

Tokens & Costs

What's the difference between credits and tokens?

Your Snov.io account has two separate balances: credits and tokens.

Credits are for finding and verifying email addresses. They come with your Sales Suite plan. Every time you use Finder or Verifier tools, you spend credits.

Tokens are spent specifically for enrichment tools. They are not included in any plan. Buy them separately to use enrichment.

Saving prospects via our Finder tools requires credits. Make sure you have enough credits to build your list before purchasing tokens for enrichment.

How much does phone enrichment cost?

Tokens are sold in packages at $0.02 per token. One successful enrichment costs 10 tokens ($0.20).

Per phone search: You aren’t charged for the search.

Per ph0ne found: Snov.io only charges tokens for found numbers. You're not charged if we don't find a result.

Purchase tokens from your Billing page or Pricing page under the Phone Enrichment tab.

Here’s how many prospects you can enrich with different packages:

  • 1,000 tokens = 100 enriched prospects ($20)
  • 5,000 tokens = 500 enriched prospects ($100)
  • 25,000 tokens = 2,500 enriched prospects ($500)
  • 50,000 tokens = 5,000 enriched prospects ($1,000)

I already have a paid plan. Why do I need to buy tokens separately?

Enrichment is a separate service from your main Snov.io subscription. 

While your plan gives you access to Finder, Email Verifier, and Campaigns, enrichment requires its own token balance. Think of it as an optional add-on you use when you need to find phone numbers.

Can I test phone enrichment before buying tokens?

We provide 50 free tokens to newly registered accounts as a one-time allocation so you can try enrichment.

Check your account limits in Billing.

Do tokens expire?

Purchased tokens are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Each package has its own expiration timer.

Good news: Tokens are independent from your plan subscription — they don't expire when your plan renews, changes, or expires. Token purchases are one-time; they don't auto-renew.

I bought tokens by mistake. Can I get a refund?

Yes, as long as none of the tokens have been used and they haven’t expired. Request a refund before you start any enrichment searches.

Expired tokens are not refundable, so use them within the 90-day period.

Double-check before purchasing — tokens are for enrichment, and credits are for Finder and Email Verifier tools.

Data Quality & Coverage

Will phone enrichment actually work for my prospects?

The search success depends on their profile completeness (how much input data we have) and location.

You'll have the best results if your prospects have this:

  • LinkedIn URL and/or email address
  • A full name
  • A company domain and/or company name

For some prospects, the search won't return a number — this is expected since phone data is harder to source.

What kind of phone numbers will I get?

Phone enrichment provides direct mobile or personal phone numbers of your prospect — not company headquarters numbers.

These are regular phone numbers, not WhatsApp-specific. You can use them with any dialing or messaging platform.

What about phone data coverage around the world?

Coverage may vary by the region your prospects are in.

In locations like South America or Asia, phone search might have limited results. We recommend starting with a small test batch to see the possible results for your specific ICP.

The best way to understand coverage: Start with a test batch of 10–20 prospects with complete profiles before scaling up.

As we expand our data sources, the international coverage will improve gradually.

Teamwork

Can I use phone enrichment if I'm a team member?

Yes. Tokens are shared across your team, so any team member can use the shared balance. Just make sure your team lead or admin has purchased enough tokens to cover your enrichment needs.

What if I need to scale enrichment across my team?

If you're on a Team workspace, tokens work like this:

  • Tokens are shared across your entire team under one main account balance
  • Any team member with access can use the shared balance to enrich prospects
  • You cannot assign tokens to individual team members separately

This means your team can collaborate without worrying about separate token pools, but you'll want to monitor token usage if your team has a lot of members.
