What does Snov.io Email Tracker do?
Snov.io Email Tracker tool helps you track when recipients open your email, click links, reminds you to do follow-ups, and lets you schedule emails in Gmail/Google Workspace to be sent at a later time.

Email Tracker also sends you real-time push notifications if your email is opened or a link in the email is clicked.
How can I know if someone opened my email or clicked the link?
We will let you know when your email is opened or a link in it is clicked by sending you a push notification. Our Gmail tracker will also add a tag - Unopened, Opens, or Clicks - to each email you send right in your inbox. On the tag, you’ll be able to see how many times the link has been clicked or the email opened. You’ll be able to see the full history of the recipient’s interaction with your email, including the exact times, in the sidebar when you open a tracked email.
Will the other person see the email is tracked?
No, your recipient will never know the email is tracked. Email tracking is performed by adding an invisible tracking pixel to your email body. Yet, your recipient will not see the pixel.

We also do not add any signatures, labels, or logos to tracked emails. Nothing in the email will let the recipients know that it is being tracked.
Can I schedule emails with Snov.io Email Tracker?
Yes, you can. You can schedule your email to be sent at a specific time up to 3 months in advance. Until the scheduled sending time, the email will be saved in your drafts. You will see an envelope icon next to it that will show you the date and time the email will be sent.
Do you have reminders?
Yes, we have multiple types of reminders. We can remind you if:
- The tracked email was not opened
- The link wasn’t clicked
- The email received no reply
- A follow-up reminder regardless of the recipient's interaction with the email
