Getting started
What is phone enrichment?
Phone enrichment is one of the Enrichment & AI tools in Snov.io. It finds direct work phone numbers for your prospects.
What do I need to start phone enrichment?
It works on any Snov.io plan, including the Free plan. You need two things to get started:
What input data do I need? Can I find a phone number using an email address or LinkedIn URL?
Yes. Snov.io finds phone numbers from the data already in your prospects, or from data you upload before enrichment. You need at least one of these fields to start:
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Email address
- Full name and company name or domain
Can I test phone enrichment before buying tokens?
Yes. Phone enrichment uses the tokens that come with your plan, so you can try it first.
The Free plan includes 25 tokens, given once. That covers two numbers with Wiza or one number with Zeliq.
To check your token balance, open the menu in the top-right corner or go to Billing.
Where can I start phone enrichment?
Phone enrichment is built into your prospect lists.
To find a number for one prospect, click the Get number button next to their name in the prospect list. See it step by step.
To find numbers for many prospects at once, use the Enrichment & AI tools menu. See it step by step.
Can I enrich prospects I save with the LI Prospect Finder extension or LinkedIn Search?
Yes. Save prospects to a list with the LI Prospect Finder extension or LinkedIn Search, then run phone enrichment in the Snov.io web app.
If you don't need email addresses, choose the Save without emails option. Phone enrichment does not require an email address, because it can start from a LinkedIn URL.
Tokens and costs
How many tokens does a phone number cost?
Token cost varies by provider. One found number costs 10 tokens with Wiza and 22 tokens with Zeliq. Snov.io charges tokens only when it finds a number.

How many tokens do I need to enrich my prospect list?
It depends on the size of your list and the provider you choose. When you set up an enrichment, the screen shows the Total cost.

Data quality and coverage
Will phone enrichment work for my prospects? What is your global data coverage?
Coverage differs by provider, region, and industry, so results vary. Start with a small batch to see how it works for you.
What kind of phone numbers will I get?
You get direct work phone numbers, not main company numbers.
These are standard phone numbers, not taken from WhatsApp accounts. Use them with any calling or messaging app.
Which data providers do you use?
Wiza and Zeliq are available now. You choose your preferred provider for each enrichment. We add new providers over time for broader coverage.
Legal rules
Are there legal rules I should follow when I call these numbers?
Yes. Calling rules depend on the country and on whether you call businesses or consumers. They can include:
- Checking do-not-call registries
- Recording your legal basis for calling, under regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Getting consent for automated or AI-powered calls

Integrations
Is phone enrichment available via API?
Not currently. Phone enrichment is only available in the Snov.io web app, through your prospect lists.

Troubleshooting
I don't see the Get number button. Is enrichment included in my account?
Yes. Phone enrichment is included in every plan. The Get number button appears next to prospects in a list, so add prospects to a list first:
- Use one of Snov.io's Finder tools to search and add prospects directly
- Import prospects from a CSV file

Where do I find the phone numbers after enrichment?
Found numbers are saved to the Phone number field in each prospect's profile in your list.

What happens if one provider can't find a number?
You pay nothing when a provider finds no number, and another provider may find it.
Snov.io does not switch providers for you. Run the enrichment again and choose a different one.
Can I stop a large enrichment once it starts?
No. You can't cancel an enrichment once it starts, so choose your prospects carefully in the Enrichment & AI tools menu.
