Use tokens on Snov.io to enrich your prospects' data and work with it further with the actions built into your Leads lists.

Your Snov.io account has two separate balances: credits and tokens.

Credits come with your Sales Suite plan and are spent on Finder and Verifier tools to find and verify email addresses.

Tokens are spent on enrichment tools and aren't included in any plan. Purchase them separately.

How tokens work

Here's what you should know about token charges:

You need prospects in your list before you can enrich them

To enrich prospects, first add them to your list using a Finder tool or import via file.

Saving prospects requires credits, so make sure you have enough to build your list before purchasing tokens for enrichment.

Only successful results are charged

If no data is found for a prospect, no tokens are charged, with the exception of Fill out from web, which charges tokens whether or not the search finds relevant data.

No duplicate charges, including within a team

You won't spend tokens if you accidentally include a prospect who's already been enriched. For such prospects, tokens are only charged if the Overwrite option is enabled. If one team member has already enriched a prospect, other team members won't be charged again for the same data.

The cost estimate before enrichment isn't the final cost

The estimated total shown reflects the cost if all included prospects are successfully enriched. Prospects with no data found, or already enriched with the same data, aren't charged.

Tokens are only refundable if unused

If you haven't used any tokens from a package, you can request a refund and have it removed from your balance. To be eligible, the token package must be fully unused.

Use tokens for enrichment

Snov.io offers several enrichment actions to add useful data to your prospects. Each action uses tokens.

Click Enrich in your prospect list to get started.

Check token balance

Tokens are part of your account balance, along with Credits, Recipients, and Warm-ups.

To check your token balance, go to the Billing section and find Tokens listed under account balances.

Each account receives 50 free tokens as a one-time allocation to try enrichment features. These tokens do not expire, and once spent they don't renew.

To purchase more tokens, go to Billing and click Get more tokens.

Tokens are available in packages of 1K to 50K tokens. Select one package or buy multiple — the price per token is the same in any package.

Each token purchase is a one-time payment and isn't automatically renewed. If you purchased a token package by mistake, you can request a refund as long as none of the tokens have been used.

Track token expiration

Purchased tokens must be used within 90 days. After that period, any unused tokens expire.

When 14 days or fewer remain before a token package expires, we'll notify you in your account and show how many tokens are expiring and when. Make sure to use all your tokens before that date.

Here's what else you should know about token expiration:

• Tokens accumulate on your balance, but don't all expire at once if purchased on different days. Each token package has its own 90-day expiration timer, which starts when you purchase it
• Even after you purchase a new package, the tokens closest to expiration are used first

Track token spending

Each successful enrichment spends a certain number of tokens.

Tokens are only used when the enrichment provides the data. The search attempt itself isn't charged.

Track your token spending in the Usage section of your account. Switch to the Tokens tab to view token transactions.

Tokens in Teamwork

If you work with a team in Snov.io, tokens are shared among all team members in the Team account.

• Team owners can purchase tokens and manage the team balance
• Team members can use tokens to enrich data

There are no duplicate charges within a team. If one member has enriched a prospect, other team members will not be charged tokens for the same data.
