1. How much does Snov.io cost? Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a free trial upon registration to explore our tools and features. Trial plan includes 50 credits, 100 recipients, and 1 warm-up slot.

Premium plans start at $39/month.

2. How does Snov.io process payments? How can I pay for a subscription?

All payments are processed by a third-party payment processing system FastSpring.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • PayPal
  • Amazon Pay

and others depending on your country.

3. Where can I downlod my invoice?

Invoices for your recent Snov.io purchases will be sent to the billing email address you provided during the payment process.

You can also view the order history and download receipts for every purchase in your account settings. Navigate to the Billing page and locate the Order history section.

4. Where can I edit my billing information, e. g. change my credit card details?

You can update your payment details (billing email address, company information, or credit card) through the payment processor. Contact support for assistance.

5. How do you charge a monthly subscription? 

Our monthly plans have a billing cycle of 30 days. This period starts on your payment date and then repeats automatically every 30 days, using the same payment method you set up.

If you’re thinking about changing your plan, the only way to do it is by purchasing the plan you want from our website.

You can’t schedule a plan change for a future payment. Remember that the new plan will be activated right after you make the purchase.

6. What’s included in a monthly plan?

With a monthly premium plan, you get access to bulk prospecting and verification, LinkedIn automation tool, mailbox rotation, and more.  Your account balance includes quotas of credits, recipients, warm-up slots, LinkedIn slots.

7. Can I buy a one-time plan without subscription?

Automatic renewal is enabled by default when buying a plan, but you can disable it in your billing settings right after the purchase.

By choosing this option, you’ll make a one-time payment for a plan that remains active for one billing period (30 days).

This means that the account quotas (credits and recipients) provided with your plan are valid for 30 days and will expire when the plan ends.

8. How can I refill my account balance? I only need credits/I only need unique recipients. 

There’s no option to top up and refill your balances separately other than by purchasing a plan with the needed amount.

9. What happens if I don’t use my credits/recipients quotas within a billing period?

Your unused credits will roll over from month to month as long as your premium plan is active (renewed automatically or manually).

Credit rollover also applies to annual plans, but it only works within a single billing period (one year). Unused credits will accumulate throughout the year from the purchase date. However, any remaining credits will expire once your annual plan ends.

Note: this only works for credits. Unused recipients from a previous month expire at the end of each billing period.

10. How can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at anytime in your billing settings.

After you cancel your subscription, you will be able to continue using your account until the end of the billing period.

11. Will I lose my data (prospects, campaigns) after cancellation?

At the end of the paid period, your account will lose premium capabilities and will be switched to a Trial version.

While you will be able to view your prospects and campaigns, the export option will be unavailable.

12. How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

 If you decide to switch to another plan, you can do it at any moment. Your current plan can be changed by purchasing a desired plan on top of it. There’s no need to cancel your current plan before upgrade or downgrade. 

The upgrade of monthly plans will be charged at the full price of the plan, as we do not offer prorated billing for monthly subscriptions.

The upgrade of yearly plans will be discounted based on the unused period.

Attention: If you buy a monthly plan while on annual plan, your account will be switched to monthly and the annual plan will be lost.

13. How do you charge a yearly plan? 

Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment and give you access to our services for a 12-month period.

Depending on the chosen plan, your account balance gains a  credits/recipients quota every 30 days.

The cost of an annual plan is 25% cheaper than maintaining a monthly subscription for a year.

Please note: Unused credits and recipients don’t roll over from month in annual plans.

14. Why should I pay taxes?

Additional charges may be applied by our payment processor according to your country’s tax regulations. If you pay for a subscription on behalf of a company, enter your VAT ID during a purchase to exclude a tax.

15. What is the refund policy?

We do not offer partial or full refunds for monthly subscription payments and annual plan payments.

16. How can I request a VAT tax refund?

It is possible to get a refund of VAT tax no more than 30 days after payment has been made. Please contact our customer support at help@snov.io or submit a request. 

17. My account got blocked. Can I get a refund?

If we block your account for violating our Terms & Conditions, you will not be given a refund for any remaining credits.

18. I have an AppSumo plan. Can I buy more credits or upgrade to another plan? 

AppSumo plan doesn’t allow to top up a credit quota without upgrading. If you buy another plan to get more credits, your account will be switched to a chosen plan with its features and quotas.

Please note: if you switch from AppSumo to a Starter plan, you will no longer have access to A/B testing campaigns which are included in the AppSumo plan. Consider upgrading to Pro 5K plan to continue using A/B tests.

19. I have an annual plan. Can I buy more credits for a month?

To increase your credit quota, consider upgrading your annual plan. You will get a discount based on the unused paid period.

Note: Discounted upgrade works only for annual plans.

Attention: If you buy a monthly plan while on annual plan, your account will be switched to monthly and the annual plan will be lost.
