Yes! The free plan is completely free for individual use.
You get a free plan immediately after you sign up for Snov.io and create your account. It provides you the possibility to try out Snovio features before upgrading to the premium plan.
On your free plan's balance, you get 50 credits to find emails, 100 recipients to contact prospects through a campaign and 1 warm-up slot to start warming up your email account.
2. How is the premium plan different from the free plan?
Premium plans offer additional features and higher quotas for lead generation, outreach and email warm-up. On all premium plans, you can purchase the LinkedIn automation add-on and get access to Snov.io API, integrations with CRMs and other apps.
On all premium plans, you get access to bulk lead search, bulk email verification, data export, email and LinkedIn rotation. Premium Pro plans unlock unlimited warm-up, A/B testing, advanced personalization and campaign settings, as well as sharing options for teams.

4. What is included in Snov.io plans?
Each Snov.io plan includes quotas:
- Credits: To find emails and prospects and verify your email lists
- Recipients: To contact prospects via multichannel campaigns
- Email warm-up slots: To prepare your email accounts and improve deliverability
On all premium plans, you can purchase a LinkedIn Automation add-on and connect your LinkedIn accounts for outreach.

5. How to pay for a Snov.io subscription? What payment methods are available?
To purchase your plan, go to the Billing page in your account and click Upgrade. Choose the plan you want to add to the cart. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.
You can pay for a subscription using a debit card, credit card, Amazon Pay, or other payment methods depending on your country.
6. How do you process payments? How do you handle my credit card details?
Snov.io partners with Fastspring to securely process your payments. We do not directly store your credit card information.
7. Do you have monthly and annual billing options for your plans?
Snov.io premium plans have both monthly and annual billing. You save 25% of subscription costs with yearly billing. Read about the difference between monthly and yearly billing.
8. What is the difference between monthly and annual subscriptions?
Monthly billing: Monthly plans automatically renew every 30 days from the date of purchase using the same payment method.
Annual billing: Annual plans are paid for with a single upfront payment, giving you access to a selected premium plan for (12 months). Annual billing saves you 25% cost compared to paying for a monthly subscription. You'll receive your monthly quota of credits and recipients every 30 days.
9. How to get an invoice?
Invoices for your recent Snov.io purchases are automatically sent to the billing email address you provided during the payment process.
Additionally, you can view and download receipts for all your purchases directly from your billing settings, in the Order history section.
10. How to change my payment method or edit billing information?
You can change your payment method when purchasing a new plan on the pricing page.
To update your billing details (billing email, company information, or credit card for future payments), access your customer account in our payment processor. You can find a link to it in the emails with your Snovio purchase details. Contact support if you need help.
11. What happens when I change plans? How to upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You don't need to cancel your current plan to change to another plan. You can do so at any time by purchasing the new desired plan from the pricing page.
Before changing your plan, make sure you understand the conditions: how it affects your quotas and charging when you upgrade or downgrade.
When you upgrade to a higher plan, you are charged immediately and your account is upgraded right away.
When you downgrade to a lower plan, you are charged immediately and your account is downgraded right away (without waiting until the end of the billing period).
- Annual plan upgrades: You receive a discount based on the unused months. Any leftover credits on your balance will roll over to your new plan
- Monthly plan upgrades: Prorated billing is not available, but any leftover credits on your balance will roll over to your new plan
- Switching from annual to monthly: Your new monthly plan is activated immediately and your current annual plan is canceled. No prorated refund is provided for the remaining unused period.
12. How do I disable automatic renewal for my plan? Can I buy a one-time plan without activating a subscription?
Automatic renewal is enabled by default after you purchase a plan, but you can disable it in your billing settings.
By disabling automatic renewal, your plan will be a one-time purchase active for a single billing period of 30 days. This means that the credits and recipients included with your plan are valid for 30 days and will expire when the paid period ends.
If you wish to have your plan extended automatically, you can re-enable automatic renewal at any time.

13. I've used all my credits/recipients. How can I get more before the plan renewal?
Depending on the plan you choose, you will receive quotas (credits, recipients, warm-ups) every 30 days. To renew your quotas before the end of the billing cycle, purchase the same plan. It will immediately renew your account and refresh the billing period.
14. Will my unused quotas roll over from month to month?
The rollover policy applies only to credits. Unused recipients from a previous month will not roll over and will expire at the end of each billing period.
- Monthly plans: Any unused credits will roll over to the next month as long as your premium monthly plan remains active, whether you renew it automatically or manually.
- Annual plans: Unused credits will accumulate throughout the year while the annual plan is active but will expire when your annual plan ends.

15. I have an active annual subscription, and I've run out of credits. How to get more credits?
Your plan provides quotas (credits, recipients, warm-ups) every 30 days as long as your annual subscription is active.
If you need more credits each month, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan with a prorated discount.
16. What happens if my renewal payment fails? For example, if there are not enough funds or the credit card expires?
If a payment fails, we’ll retry it multiple times at intervals. You’ll receive an email notification about the failed payment.
If the renewal still doesn’t go through, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
17. How to cancel my premium plan? How to cancel a Snov.io subscription?
Your Snovio subscription (both annual and monthly), will automatically renew unless you cancel it. To do it, go to your billing settings and turn off the automatic plan renewal. Once it is disabled, your subscription will be canceled.
18. What happens with account data (prospects, campaigns) after I cancel my subscription?
You’ll still have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing period.
At the plan expiration date, your account will be downgraded to the free plan. You will still be able to log in and view your prospects and campaigns, but the data export option and all other premium features will no longer be available.
19. Why should I pay taxes when purchasing a Snov.io plan?
Taxes may apply based on your country's regulations. If you're buying a subscription for a company, enter your VAT ID at checkout to avoid tax charges (if applicable).
20. How do I get a refund for the Snov.io plan?
Our refund policy is simple. We do not offer partial or full refunds for monthly subscription payments and annual plan payments.

21. How to get a VAT refund?
