This guide walks you through enriching prospect data in Snov.io, from selecting enrichment actions to viewing and exporting your results.
Prospect Enrichment in Snov.io fills gaps in your prospect data without manual research.
Get verified phone numbers and professional information so you can personalize outreach and know your leads better.
Before you start:
To use any enrichment, make sure you have the following:
1. Prospects: Add them to your list in advance. You can use Database Search or import from a file
2. Tokens: Special enrichment credits purchased separately from your plan. Tokens are charged only for successful results
How to use Enrichment actions
Open your prospect list. Pick one or more prospects you want to enrich using the checkboxes on the right.
Click the Enrich button in the top right corner to open a sidebar with data enrichment options.

Pick action
Choose the enrichment action you need. Click the links below to learn what data each one pulls, or scroll down to learn how to configure and find the data after enrichment.

Choose data to enrich
Depending on the enrichment type, select which fields you want to enrich. Get the full data or just the specific fields you need.

Confirm which prospects to enrich
After selecting the data you need, choose which prospects to enrich. The dropdown at the bottom of the sidebar gives you these options:
- Selected prospects: only the prospects you manually checked
- Current page: all prospects shown on the page you're viewing
- List: all prospects in the list

Start the enrichment
Before launching the enrichment, make sure you have enough tokens on your balance. The total cost in tokens depends on:
- The number of data points you selected
- The number of prospects being enriched
You'll see the estimated total cost below. Get more tokens from Billing settings.
Click Enrich to start the data search.

View enriched data
New data is added to new fields created automatically for each prospect. You can view it directly in the prospect list or from prospect profiles.
To replace existing data with newly found data, enable Overwrite existing rows before starting the enrichment.
If a prospect already has fields from another source (like import), running enrichment with Overwrite disabled will still add new enrichment fields. It just won't replace the existing data.

Enrichment columns in the prospect list
All the fields you requested appear as additional columns. Scroll right and click the Prospect insights tab to expand the data.

To see full details from a specific field, click Show more. This opens a sidebar with the complete information, including all data points available for that field.

To add a data point as a separate column, click Add column next to the data point you need and create a new column. Then click the data point again and select the column you just created to fill it in.

Enrichment fields in the prospect profile
Click any prospect's name to open their full profile.
Below the native and custom fields, you'll find the Additional info section. This is where all enriched fields appear.

Next steps
Once your prospects are enriched, here's how to use the new data.
Export to CSV
Download enriched prospects to a file. In your prospect list, click Export and select the enrichment fields you want to include.

Use enriched data in campaigns
Enrichment fields aren't yet available as variables in your Campaigns.
To use enriched data for personalization, create custom fields and upload the enriched data there via import from file.
Once set up, you can use variables like {{experience}} in your emails for personalized icebreakers, or reference background details in LinkedIn messages.

Sorry about that 😢
How can we improve it?
