To explore Snov.io before committing to an active Premium plan, you can sign up for a free trial and get started right away. You can try the free version first and upgrade whenever you're ready.
Premium plans start at $39/month (Starter), which is great for individual use.
Pro plans start at $99/month and offer larger quotas (Pro S, Pro M, Pro L or Ultra).
You can choose a plan based on your team's size or outreach volume and scale as needed.
Snov.io offers a rewards program where you can earn bonus dollars by completing tasks on your account. Bonuses, typically ranging from $5 to $15 per task, can accumulate up to $50. You can claim the bonus and apply it as a discount when upgrading to a paid plan.
The Rewards program is available to a limited number of users. The maximum your bonus balance can cover is up to 30% of the plan’s price. Check the program on the Rewards page or learn more about it here.
You can always get an annual plan and save 25%, so you pay for 9 months but get a full year of premium tools.
Comparison of tools in Trial vs. Premium plans
Trial plan gives a no-cost way to test Snov.io’s key features, while our paid plans offer a complete suite of tools for sales reps with bigger needs.
On Trial plan, you get 50 credits each month to spend on any features you want. Once credits are used up, you should wait until next month when the balance renews. Another option is to upgrade and pick a plan that gives anywhere from 1,000 to 100,000 credits.

Email Finder
Every month, you get 50 credits on Trial. You can spend them on 50 email verifications, 50 Domain searches or 50 collected prospects from LinkedIn. You can even mix credits to perform different actions. Keep in mind that credits reset each month.

Each plan has a specific number of credits added to your account balance with the purchase. You can spend credits by using Snov.io's tools and features. Credits are valid for 30 days from the plan purchase date. Snov.io offers a credit rollover mechanism in all premium plans, so you don't lose any value or potential leads.

Email Verifier
There are several tools available here:
- Email Verifier on Trial plan lets you verify individual emails, while premium gives access to Bulk Email Verifier checks and validates large lists of email addresses and cleans your lists from fake, abandoned and unreachable email contacts
- Trial plan includes a Chrome extension Email Verifier that can verify email addresses for you right from the browser page where you find them. It’s useful for individuals or salespeople who need to verify emails quickly while browsing or prospecting.
- Meanwhile, Snov.io’s Email Verifier (API), available on premium plans, is a backend integration tool designed for automated email verification at scale. You can integrate email validation directly into your system or platform. The API is best for businesses, platforms, or apps that want to automate the verification of large volumes of email addresses in real-time
- 7-tier verification enables you to reach up to 100% deliverability after our multitier email verification. We offer an MX record check, ultra-precise SMTP ping and other steps to get the most precise outcome
- Greylisting bypass ensures more precise email verification. It intelligently handles greylisting scenarios to ensure that your emails are delivered faster and more reliably without being stuck in the greylisting delay process
Email Warm-up
Let’s say you are planning a cold email campaign to reach hundreds of prospects but are concerned about the poor sender reputation and high sending volumes.
With Snov.io’s Email Warm-up tool, you can gradually build a positive sender reputation and improve email deliverability. The system will automatically and naturally grow sending volumes and build your reputation at the right pace.
As a result, your cold emails land in the inbox and not spam, so you get higher chances to reach your leads.
Trial plan includes 1 email account you can warm up at a time, 15 messages per mailbox per day, 450 emails as a monthly warm-up volume, freemail support from Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook and AI-generated email content. Premium plans have higher limits and unlimited mailboxes.
This quota is non-renewable and once used up, you'll need to upgrade to continue using the Email Warm-up feature. Choose a plan based on the warm-up volume you need.
Email Campaigns
Snov.io lets you find leads and immediately launch cold email campaigns to engage them.
This feature is all-purpose and can benefit various teams, including sales, marketing, customer success and partnerships. It comes in handy when you need to:
- reach out to hundreds of potential leads
- launch a new product and want to inform potential leads
- nurture leads that have shown interest but haven’t yet converted
- re-engage customers who haven’t interacted with your service or product in a while

Email Campaigns use the recipients quota. Each prospect you contact during your current billing period costs 1 recipient. You are only charged for the first email to the recipient — all the follow-ups are free until the end of the billing period.

Snov.io aims to improve your engagement rates with Deliverability Check. Trial plan gives you access to test the following tools:
- Domain health сheck ensures your emails reach the Inbox by monitoring your account’s SPF, DKIM, DMARC and other records
- Email placement test checks where your emails land with all popular email providers: Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365 (Business), Namecheap (Private Email), etc.
- Spam word check analyzes the email body and looks for spam triggers
- Files and links makes sure the files you add fit the recommended size limit and links aren’t broken
- SpamAssassin score rates your email’s quality to see if it passes spam filters
- Domain and IP Blacklist detection checks if your domain and IP address are on a blacklist to prevent bad email deliverability
Deliverability Check costs 50 credits per check. It includes Domain health check and Email placement test.
Premium plans offer more credits compared to Trial, so you can run more deliverability checks (possibly before every campaign or every batch of emails) — you need it if you:

Whenever a new prospect is added or an existing one is updated in Snov.io, the changes will be reflected in HubSpot in real-time.
- Sync your Snov.io data with Pipedrive and automate routine actions there based on lead engagement. When a prospect takes action, like opens an email or clicks on a link, this engagement is captured and reflected in Pipedrive. You can also automate key actions, like moving leads through your pipeline or triggering follow-up tasks, based on specific lead behaviors or engagement signals.
Starter and Pro plans include more integrations connected to Snov.io.
Teamwork
Let’s say your team consists of sales representatives, a team leader and a sales manager. Snov.io’s Teamwork feature lets you work on closing deals together, share important data and templates and analyze each member's input. Team members know the status of each lead and can act quickly based on real-time information.
Teamwork is not available on Trial and Starter plans, meaning you can’t add team members. Teamwork functionality is included in all Pro and higher plans, giving your team access to all Snov.io tools, shared limits, collaboration features and admin controls.
On Pro plans with Teamwork you can:
- connect unlimited users in your team
- use one plan to manage team quotas
- assign team members who can export data
- manage data access permissions
- track team statistics and manage do-not-email lists

Data Export
If you’re thinking about data export for sharing and management outside the platform, then the data export in CSV, XLS and Google Sheets is available on premium plans only. Upgrade your plan in account settings to access the export feature.

To upgrade your plan, go to the Billing settings in your account and click Upgrade.
Choose the plan you want and click Select plan. Your chosen plan will be added to the cart. To view the price breakdown and review the order summary, click Upgrade below.
If everything looks good, click Go to checkout to proceed with payment. Your plan upgrade will take effect immediately after purchase. The new plan will activate and begin a new billing period.
Before confirming your order, make sure you've selected the desired billing option:
Monthly or Annual. You save 25% if you choose annual (billed for a whole year at once).
